Maintenance Complete! (3 October)

Today server maintenance has been completed. Below is the list for server update.

1. Implementation of server AutoRestart system.
   - Server will auto restart at 5.00pm daily.
   - Server restart process will take around 15-30 minutes. All server is unavailable during that period.

2. Readded Veille's Favor and Mastarius' Favor drop.
3. Fix SiegeBoss Hp.
