Cannot connect to the authorization server

Hello, so I was trying to join Zexy aion server, have registered account and everything on here. But when game launches i get to the login form in game, put in my account and stuff but then get error "Cannot connect to the authorization server" any solutions ? I don't have NCsoft launcher downloaded everything straight from zexyaion website.
