After restart note! Empty After restart note!

Dear daeva, after today's server restart (at 5,00am), fortress siege reward will be changed. All fortress at reshanta, gelkmaros and inggison will now reward you with Ceramium/Mithril medal upon successful siege or defense against balaur assault. Good luck daeva and happy sieging.
